My Miraculous Testimony Regarding Vitamin D3

In 2003 when I was 50 years old my bone density test came back showing that I had Osteopenia. This is the state of your bones just before Osteoporosis. My doctor’s office called to tell me that. I did not want to take any medication so I prayed to God for an answer and I believe the Holy Spirit guided me to dramatically increase my intake of Vitamin D3. I was already taking Calcium and Magnesium. Within 2 years I started taking K2 to enhance the absorption of Vitamin D3.
For your info K2 is a blood thinner so please be beware of that if you have any issues with your blood and/or heart.
Then in 2010 (7 years later) I was 57 years old when I had a new bone density test done. My doctor’s office called me to say whatever I was doing to keep it up because I HAD NORMAL BONE!!! They said they don’t see those kind of results in older people. I was years older yet with no medication I went back to normal bone!
In late 2019 I had my tooth pulled and I decided to get a post which required to wait months longer. Then Covid hit so I was not able to get the post until much later. I went to an oral surgeon who deals with bone. In late 2020 I finally got the post at which time the oral surgeon exclaimed “This is the best post I have done because you have GREAT BONE!!! I literally jumped out of the chair! He even showed me in the X-rays. I was 67 years old at the time! God allowed me to know that my bone had continued to get stronger from 17 years before.
During this latter time in April 2020 shortly after Covid hit, my husband, Kerry got ill with Covid. He was ill for several days and had a very hard time breathing so I had to finally take him to the hospital. He was there for a week. God was so merciful! Kerry got the best protocol while in the hospital just before things got WOKE!
About 6 months later Kerry said to me “Lita I believe God protected you from getting Covid because of all the Vitamin D3 you take”! Only God knows for sure but I do believe that is probably true! When Covid was at it’s height many good, sincere doctors spoke of Vitamin D3 as an essential part of the protocol to combat Covid.
I never took any medication and I went from a serious bone issue to normal, strong bone as I got older. I also live in a small living space with Kerry and by all statistics I should have gotten Covid. To this day in September 2026 I have never had Covid.
I believe Vitamin D3 (with K2 - if you can take it) is a true miracle vitamin that God has given us to strengthen our immune system which is so crucial in these end times. It is very inexpensive and everyone should stock up on it now.
