About Our Ministry
Living Waters Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Messianic, teaching, healing and End Time ministry dedicated to “binding up the brokenhearted and setting the captives free”. It has accomplished this for the past 30 years through its’ seminars, classes, outreaches and fellowships.
It has helped to bring understanding to the Church of:
1) It’s Jewish roots, thereby, bringing Jew & Gentile together as one in Messiah
2) What it is to be a worshipper in spirit and in truth
3) The deep love, healing and resurrection power that God has for us as His bride
4) How to build the 1st Acts Church (Jew & Gentile building true community)
5) The sanctity of life
6) The importance of spiritual, physical health to maintain Gods’ temple to finish the race He has called us to
The calling of Living Waters Ministries is to the Body of Christ at large. To be a vessel for God’s love and healing power to flow through so that in these end times we can become a spotless bride for our Bridegroom, Jesus Christ, when He returns.
Our vision is to connect people as well as work with other leaders in the Body of Christ so that we can support one another and become the One New Man (Jew & Gentile). In this way God’s truth and passion can spread empowering the Church to become more united and effective in fulfilling its’ life changing mission on earth.

About The Leaders
Messianic Ministers Kerry and Lita Theodos from Living Waters Ministries are teachers bringing Israel to New Jersey and beyond as well as binding up the broken hearted to set the captives free.
Lita is a Jewish believer and is the founder and director of Living Waters Ministries for the past 30 years. She has an apostolic passion to help the Church and believers be set free of past wounds and enter into deeper relationships as well as their calling by ministering how much love God has for us, His bride (the Church). This is often reflected in her testimony of how God transformed her from being a battered woman to living a victorious life in her Messiah, Jesus.
She led the dance ministry for many years at a large Messianic congregation in NJ where she also served in the deacon ministry. She studied ballet as a child and pioneered several Messianic and dance schools. Dance was her way of communing with God while growing up. She also ministers with her husband, Kerry who is Greek (Gentile) and together they represent "The One New Man". As Jew & Greek, as husband and wife they illustrate God’s purpose for marriage as well as the Church to be One (Echad) in Messiah! Lita is also a Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist and is in the process of obtaining her Mental Health Coach Certification.
Kerry has led multiple bible studies during the past 30 years. His love of God's Word and desire to know his Jewish roots will inspire you to probe deeper into the Bible to understand the gravity of the times we live in.
Kerry is a CPA with a Masters in Taxation. He has his own accounting practice in the Nutley, NJ area. His goal is to serve his business, church and individual clients with Godly integrity and caring as an ambassador of Christ. He has served as the accountant for Living Waters Ministries for the past 30 years as well as many churches and served on the Board of Directors of various ministries. He was involved in the deacon ministry and led men's dance at a Messianic congregation for several years.
He is married to Lita for 31 years residing in Nutley, NJ and together as Jew & Gentile (the One New Man) they have served side by side through Living Waters Ministries. They have ministered at many conferences, seminars, churches throughout New Jersey and nationally. They have conducted Torah bible studies, Christ in The Passover and other Feast presentations, seminars on Worship/Messianic dance, Inner healing (setting the captives free), women's and marriage groups etc. They offer prayer ministry, lay counseling, health, wellness and financial/business consultations.
